As a passionate advocate for women's empowerment and entrepreneurship, my journey has been one of resilience, determination, and a deep commitment to making a difference in my community.

With a background in Behavioral Health, Mental Health, and Community Advocacy, I have dedicated myself to uplifting others, especially women and underrepresented groups, by providing resources, mentorship, and support to help them achieve their dreams. My mission is to inspire and empower women to break barriers, take bold steps in their careers, and create a lasting impact in their fields.

In addition to my work as Ms. Woman Entrepreneur 2024, I am the proud founder of Ashanti's Heart Behavioral Health, Rabbit Day Treatment, Ashanti's Heart Residential Homes for children, Ashanti's Heart Home Care in Lancaster PA and Indianapolis Indiana and the Ashanti Omari Morgan Foundation, where we focus on community unification. Through this platform, I continue to advocate for mental health, community development, and entrepreneurship.
